 PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Surface Guard™ is ready-to-use formula for treating nonporous surfaces. It is a water-stabilized, siloxane ammonium chloride that forms a clear barrier on a broad range of surfaces. This
barrier is resistant to the growth of microorganisms on the coating’s surface and adheres to all substrates. This water-based product eliminates the hazards of conventional additives and heavy
metal treatments.

APPLICATION – DO NOT DILUTE THIS PRODUCT
Commercial Use
Surface Guard™ can be applied to substrates by pump and commercial spray applications, dipping or soaking. All substances can be air-dried.
COMPATIBILITY
Surface Guard™’s water-based formulation offers uniform dispensability and is compatible with most substrates. Before applying to an exposed area, treat a small area in an inconspicuous
location.
*Contains an antimicrobial registered with the EPA for this use and meets the guidelines under the “treated article exemption” 40 CFR 152.25.
STORAGE AND HANDLING
Read the label and Material Safety and Data Sheet for complete handling information before using this product. Product should be stored in a cool, dry place. Shelf life does not exceed 12 months.
PACKAGING
Surface Guard™ is packaged in 4x1 gallon cases, 5-gallon pails, 55-gallon drums, and 275-gallon totes. Rinse container thoroughly before disposal.
